Philanthropy Data-Entry Coordinator
POSITION SUMMARY The St. Louis Symphony Orchestra is seeking a Philanthropy Data-Entry Coordinator to process donor gifts and assist in fundraising data entry. This is a part-time on-site position. Â RESPONSIBILITIES Process and enter donor contributions and update donor records using Tessitura, our customer relationship management (CRM) system; accuracy and attention to detail are critical. Oversee coding of gifts, daily reconciliation, maintain codes for campaigns, appeals, sources. Respond to donor inquiries relating to contributions by phone and email; print and mail relevant information upon request.
