The Lensic Performing Arts Center seeks a full-time Director of Development to lead the organization’s fundraising efforts. The successful candidate will have an established background and proven track record of creating and executing successful fundraising plans, ideally with a nonprofit arts organization. This position reports to the executive director and is part of the leadership team. The Development Director will be responsible for managing a 5-person development team while ensuring the organization is meeting its annual contributed revenue goals through individual, corporate, foundation, and government support.
