Assistant Director, Leadership Giving
The Virginia Symphony Orchestra is looking for an ambitious, motivated, and goal-oriented individual to serve as its Assistant Director for Leadership Giving. The successful candidate will be an integral member of the VSO Development team, helping to spearhead the growth of its leadership giving program. They will develop and implement initiatives to identify, cultivate, solicit, steward, and retain high-capacity donors and planned giving prospects, helping to ensure a strong base of resilient financial support for one of Hampton Roads’ foundational arts organizations.
