Northfield Mount Hermon, a private co-educational boarding school in western Massachusetts, seeks an energetic individual to teach technical theater and design, and to collaborate with students and fellow teaching artists on producing a full season of dance, music and theater events.  This position is for the Fall and Winter Terms of 2024-2025, August through February. Northfield Mount Hermon has a state-of-the-art facility that includes a 220-seat End-Stage theater, a 90-seat studio theater, a 250-seat concert hall, and large scene and costume shops. The Technical Director and Designer are responsible for the scenic and lighting design of all productions, the fabrication and installation of those designs
