Job Summary: The Music Events Coordinator & Administrative Assistant will provide support services for the Music Department Chairman, Music Faculty, Department Performance Series, Guest Artists, Touring, and College needs as directed. Coordinate and oversee and process faculty and ensemble performance tour itineraries and travel. Coordinate and oversee contracts for guest artists, festivals, and touring. Coordinate, organize, manage, and supervise office operations, auditions, Davis Performance Hall scheduling and staff, music office student employees, and music contract needs.
