The Department of Theatre and Dance at the State University of New York, Fredonia, invites applications for a full-time lecturer in Costume Design.  This position is secured by a one-year contract and is renewable annually. The lecturer position is responsible for supporting three degree programs (BFA in Theatrical Production and Design and BA Theater Arts) and a Theatre Minor. Duties include teaching undergraduate courses in Costume design, Costume Technology and Rendering for both B.F.A. and B.A. programs and other departmental courses based on the candidate's qualifications. The successful candidate will also Design Costumes or mentor student Costume Designers for productions within the department's mainstage season.
