Director of Operations
Job Summary UBW seeks a collaborative, people-centered and value-based leader for the role of Director of Operations. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Operations is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Urban Bush Women organization, as well as providing leadership to and the coordination of the Human Resources, Operations, and Finance teams. The Director of Operations is responsible for advising and working with the Executive Director on a full spectrum of organizational matters, while collaborating across the entire organization between various departments and teams.
