The NYU Steinhardt Department of Music and Performing Arts Professions (MPAP) Music Theory program seeks qualified candidates to teach undergraduate Music Music History 2 (Baroque to Early Classical) this Spring. ABD or terminal degree in music theory, composition, or another field of music with appropriate specialization and experience.
Experience teaching undergraduate music history as the primary instructor.
Experience in the use of digital or online tools
Evidence of innovative and inclusive approaches to music history pedagogy
