Senior Director, General Management and Strategic Initiatives
The Senior Director, General Management and Strategic Initiative (SD, GMSI) provides general management support as well as program development, strategic, innovative and operational guidance in support of the mission of The Clarice and as part of The Clarice’s senior leadership team. The SD, GMSI also has significant and direct oversight responsibility for Community Engagement and Fundraising, Guest Experiences and possibly the Scheduling Departments, as well as primary responsibility for two critical Clarice strategic initiatives, its Digital Clarice and Civic Initiatives programs. The SD, GMSI also has general responsibility for the establishment and sustaining of the Clarice’s IDEA and Anti-Racism work. The SD, GMSI may also be assigned other oversight or program responsibilities
