CENTRE IN THE SQUARE (CITS) is seeking a creative and energetic individual to serve as its next Executive Director. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will be responsible for developing and implementing the strategic direction for all annual programming, rentals and management of the Centre In The Square. The Executive Director will be a leader in the Kitchener community and throughout the region, with a strong desire to engage with the local community and with other performing arts centres and artists across Canada and Internationally. The ideal candidate will have a drive to build public and private sector support to deliver on strategic priorities and embrace collaboration with the Centre In The Square team to maximize earned and contributed
