1. Serves as the staff administrator for the major professional performance activities of the department and concert series. 2. Oversees financial operations for the organization. 3. Manages Front of House coordination and ensures that the Front of House policies are created consistently with the presentation vision of each program. 4. Ensures that the administration of music production is run appropriately and efficiently. 5. Negotiates contracts for all performances and activities under the responsibility of this position. Ensures that all contract details are properly carried out. 6. Collaborates with other operations and production managers. 7. Ensures that student assignments are completed in a timely manner for all concerts and other special events.6.  8. Oversees all aspects of promotion and public relations, including the timely creation of programs and promotional materials. 9. Serves as staff leader of calendar planning, working in collaboration with production managers and appropriate faculty and staff from programs both within and outside the department. 10. Creates a process to ensure that streaming and other digital dissemination have proper rights clearances, and that the recording studio knows which events are to be recorded and/or streamed. 11. Oversees all aspects of guest artist participation in concerts and other events.  12. As assigned by Director, oversee aspects of alumni relations and fundraising. 13. May perform other duties as assigned.
