The Department of Dance and Movement Studies at Hamilton College invites applications for a tenure track position at the rank of Assistant Professor, beginning July 1, 2024. We seek candidates to teach elementary, intermediate, and advanced Contemporary Dance, Composition, Choreography, and Laban Movement Analysis, and to choreograph works for departmental performances. In particular, we are seeking candidates who can contribute courses to diversify the College's dance curriculum and can demonstrate their experience in teaching or working with diverse student populations.
