This position reports to the Vice President of New Educational Ventures, a member of the Senior Leadership team.
Sarah Lawrence is a residential, coeducational liberal arts college consistently ranked among the leading liberal arts colleges in the country with a total undergraduate enrollment over 1,500. The College is widely known for its Genetic Counseling, as well as arts programs including: Creative Writing, Film, and Dance. It occupies 44 wooded acres in Yonkers, NY, near the Village of Bronxville—a 30-minute train ride from New York City.
Essential Duties Summary
Identify data for growth opportunities or challenges
Analyze information using both qualitative and quantitative methods
Collaborate with key departments to build growth plans
Present results to the Senior Leadership team
Monitor performance against target KPIs and help adjust programs to optimize results
Undergraduate degree (BA) in an analytical area of study
Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion
Ability to manage multiple priorities at one time
Mastery of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Familiarity with project management tools, a plus
