Job Description
We are looking for someone who has a passion for problem-solving, is creative about finding and analyzing data sources, and is excited about building new revenue streams through new educational models. Join our team to develop and implement innovative ventures in a rapidly changing education landscape. The role is hybrid. Alternate work arrangements would be considered. This position reports to the Vice President of New Educational Ventures, a member of the Senior Leadership team.
Sarah Lawrence is a residential, coeducational liberal arts college consistently ranked among the leading liberal arts colleges in the country with a total undergraduate enrollment over 1,500. The College is widely known for its Genetic Counseling, as well as arts programs including: Creative Writing, Film, and Dance. It occupies 44 wooded acres in Yonkers, NY, near the Village of Bronxville—a 30-minute train ride from New York City.
Essential Duties Summary
- Identify data for growth opportunities or challenges
- Analyze information using both qualitative and quantitative methods
- Collaborate with key departments to build growth plans
- Present results to the Senior Leadership team
- Monitor performance against target KPIs and help adjust programs to optimize results
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree (BA) in an analytical area of study
- Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion
- Ability to manage multiple priorities at one time
- Mastery of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with project management tools, a plus
