Job Description We are seeking someone who can shepherd big, ambitious ideas into existence. The candidate must have a passion for partnering with others to define new models in education, negotiate partnerships, resolve conflicts and manage progress. The role is hybrid. Alternate work arrangements would be considered. The position reports to the Vice President of New Educational Ventures, a member of the Senior Leadership team.

Partnership Management
Negotiate and finalize partnerships
Develop, review, and obtain approvals for new agreements in accordance with the College’s contract guidelines and policies
Coordinate ongoing administration of agreements
Collaborate to align internal goals with new and existing partner relationships
proactively develop solutions for operational challenges or roadblocks
Maintain and grow relationships with current partners
Required Qualifications ? Undergraduate degree (BA)? Strong analytical, problem solving skills and attention to detail? Excellent written and verbal communication skills? Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization and perform in a broad range of environments including academic and business? Experience building and managing multiple projects simultaneously? Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations? Mastery of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project Management Software
