OFFICIAL TITLE: Theatre Technical Director/Master Electrician
SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Dean, School of Humanities
SUPERVISION EXERCISED: May supervise contracted employees and student employees, as assigned.

General Statement of Duties: The ability to create a safe, efficient, open, and jovial working atmosphere for a diverse group of students is a must. The ideal candidate will also teach one course per semester (Intro to Stagecraft and Design) as a part-time faculty member, with additional pay for teaching. Additional teaching opportunities may be available on a semester-by-semester basis depending on the preferred candidate's area(s) of expertise. This position may also include opportunities to design for the theatre area with additional compensation. This is a nine-month position, paid over twelve months, with 12 weeks off between May - August each year.

This is a full-time, benefited, exempt, professional APA position. The firm annual salary for this position is $43,240.00.
