Syracuse University's College of Visual and Performing Arts invites applications for the position of associate dean for academic affairs. This leadership position works directly and collaboratively with the dean, two associate deans, and the director of budget and operations in support of faculty and staff in seven academic units: School of Art, Department of Creative Arts Therapy, Department of Communication and Rhetorical Studies, School of Design, Department of Drama, Department of Film and Media Arts, and the Setnor School of Music
This is a full-time faculty position (nine-month academic appointment and summer stipend) with tenure at the full professor rank.
Date of expected hire: July 1, 2024 (start date negotiable).
