The Old Globe seeks a dedicated and diligent individual for the position of Marketing Database Analyst for this renowned theatre in San Diego’s beautiful Balboa Park.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, the Marketing Database Analyst is responsible for providing data and analysis of The Old Globe’s constituents by acting as primary contact for data reporting and analysis, customer list/mailing management, audience surveys, and marketing analytics. The Marketing Database Analyst also supports efforts across multiple departments of The Old Globe including marketing, public relations, ticketing, philanthropy, and arts engagement.
This role is responsible for designing, creating, running, and maintaining custom Tessitura reports and dashboards, creating and analyzing audience surveys, and programming automated thank you emails, performance, and parking reminders. A successful candidate will have strong computer skills with experience and knowledge of CRM and dashboards (Tessitura/T-Stats Reporting preferred;) experience and knowledge of statistics and data analysis; and experience with email platforms (WordFly preferred.)
