1. Manages projects and complex workflows related to digital collections and access 2. Serves on library committees, task forces or working groups, relevant to digital collections and access. 3. Required Skill/ability 1: Demonstrated understanding of archival principals and best practices, notably in relation to digitized and born digital collections.
Required Skill/ability 3: Two or more years of demonstrated ability working with library digital collections systems and tools, including Archives Space, Preservica and Library Management Platforms.
Required Skill/ability 4: Demonstrated technical understanding of digital preservation and access challenges and solutions.
Required Skill/ability 5: Strong collaboration, customer service, and communications skills.
Preferred Education: Substantial knowledge of and experience with digital and online resources. Experience in migration to a new library services platform. Ability to read music and a basic understanding of music history.
