Seattle Center is seeking qualified professionals for the position of McCaw Hall Manager. This position leads a high functioning team, as well as, manages finance, business development, facilities and event operations for McCaw Hall, one of four major business areas at Seattle Center. This position resides in the Seattle Center Programs and Events Division and reports to the Division Director.

A minimum of 4 years progressively responsible professional work in multi-purpose venues and event management is required; 7 or more years of such experience is strongly preferred. This experience must include a mix of the following three areas: 1) facility management, 2) event business development, and 3) finance.
Demonstrated leadership ability working in highly matrixed organizations or situations, where work must get done primarily through collaborating with others rather than through positional authority, is required. Ability to work any day of the year and at any time of day or night is required. Must be able to stand/walk/climb steep grades or stairs for extended periods of time.
Understanding and embracing the responsibilities and opportunities that come with serving the public as a representative of the City and Seattle Center is required.
