As the primary and largest theatrical, performing arts facility in Central Washington, the Capitol Theatre has a prized place in the hearts and minds of the community having served the Valley for more than a hundred years. The Capitol Theatre Committee (CTC) is a non-profit organization in Yakima, Washington which holds the management agreement with the City of Yakima to manage and maintain the historic Capitol Theatre and its communal facilities. The mission of the CTC is to curate dynamic programming, foster community access, and perpetuate the Theatre’s historical and cultural legacy.
