| Full-Time/Part Time: Full-Time Position Summary: Full-time Visiting Assistant Professor to conduct the NIU Philharmonic, Opera Theatre and teach courses as appropriate. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Conduct the NIU Philharmonic and Opera Theatre.
- Teach courses is conducting and related fields.
- Maintain an ongoing record of research and artistry.
- Engage in meaningful service to the School of Music, as assigned.
- Collaborate with faculty in the development of the program, curriculum content and pedagogy to ensure the quality of the student experience and student recruiting.
