REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum of a high school or equivalency diploma and one of the following:

• An Associate's degree or the satisfactory completion 60 credits with at least one course in childhood education, psychology, or involving issues on early childhood development.
• The satisfactory completion of 60 credits and one year of experience which involved working with children leading them in program areas such as music, history, nature, art, farming, etc.
• An Associate's degree or the satisfactory completion 60 credits and one year of experience which involved working with children leading them in program areas such as music, history, nature, art, farming, etc.
• Two years of experience which involved working with children leading them in program areas such as music, history, nature, art, farming, etc.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: A Master's Degree is strongly preferred. A minimum of one year of experience working with children between the ages 6 weeks through 5 years also strongly preferred.
