The Department of Theatre and Dance invites applications for a full-time professional position of Recruitment Coordinator and Special Projects Administrator for Theatre and Dance. Position Function: The Recruitment Coordinator and Special Projects Administrator will coordinate and facilitate all recruiting efforts for the Department of Theatre and Dance including taking part in the selection of all students in BFA programs in acting, dance, design/technology, and musical theatre; plan and participate in on and off campus auditions (750-1000 students seen per year); track new majors each fall and provide support to current students through their individualized eight-semester plans; serve as first point of contact and communicate with parents, students, and prospective students; direct student employee projects; serve as the Chair of the Department’s Recruitment Committee; help plan, lead, and facilitate summer orientation with Chair and Associate Chair. Minimum Education: Master’s degree in theatre, dance, education, or related discipline completed by date of employment or equivalent professional experience. Minimum Experience:
