It houses three degree-granting programs in Theater Arts, Dance, and Games & Playable Media. More information can be found here: https://theater.ucsc.edu/ JOB SUMMARY Under supervision of the Costume Shop Manager, the Costume Shop Assistant responsibilities will include: construction of costumes using skilled pattern making techniques; performing tailoring and dressmaking tasks; performing costume craft and other assigned projects using independent judgment and ingenuity. When requested, incumbent will supervise and assist students and student staff as they construct costumes, perform shop maintenance and execute wardrobe preparation assignments for productions. APPOINTMENT INFORMATION Budgeted Salary: $22.17 - $24.14 / Hourly. Salary commensurate with skills, qualifications and experience.
