 Senior Staff Assistant 7553BR Diversity and Inclusion Diversity and Inclusion Detailed Job Description The Senior Staff Assistant position reports to the Director of Finance and provides administrative support to a team of diverse professional areas as well as administrative support to the RIT Minett Professor. The Sr. Staff Assistant serves as the back-up to the Administrative Assistant to the Vice President and Associate Provost for Diversity and Inclusion. The central office for the Division of Diversity and Inclusion is comprised of areas that support the division through student access/success, marketing/communications, operations, assessment/research management, diversity education, diversity theatre and finance. The ideal candidate enjoys working in customer-service and administrative roles including processing financial transactions and reports; and efficiently and professionally completes work on-time with minimal supervision while managing frequent interruptions. Provides administrative support to: AVP for Research and Assessment, AVP for Student Access and Success, Sr. Director of Operations, Director of Finance, Director of Diversity Theatre, Director of Diversity Education and the RIT Minett Professor.
