Academic and/or professional expertise teaching students with developmental or other disabilities.
Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field.
Two years of experience teaching or training in a special education classroom setting or inclusive environment; or the equivalent.
Computer Proficiency to include Microsoft software and applications as well as experience integrating technology into curriculum.
Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule that may include evening and weekend assignments.
Experience in teaching essential work (soft) skills, communication/listening skills, anger management, stress management, art, music, cooking, and other life skills are preferred.
Pay rate step 1 $27.47/hour.
