We are seeking an innovative, politically astute, and proactive Technical Operations Manager for the Bank of America Performing Arts Center (BAPAC).
This senior management position is a working supervisor, which primarily serves as the Technical Director for the 1800 seat Fred Kavli Theatre and directly leads and guides the technical team of one full-time Technical Director, four designated part-time division leads, and a roster of part-time, hourly stagehands. This role will also be responsible for in-house production management and oversight of technical staff, venue maintenance, and production advance. The Technical Operations Manager reports to the General Manager and is an critical member of the BAPAC leadership team.

The Technical Operations Manager is expected to have a big-picture perspective and should possess the following attributes of senior level management.
-High proficiency in technical theatre. -Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible technical experience, with at least three years including administrative or management responsibility. -Valid class C Driver's License -Bachelors Degree (or comparable work experience) in applicable field -Venue management or production management experience
