The Division of Student Life at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville invites applications for the position of Coordinator for Special Projects. Reporting to the Associate Vice Chancellor for Student Life, this position develops and manages various projects on behalf of the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Student Life.
The Position: The Coordinator of Special Projects is responsible for assisting the Associate Vice Chancellor for Student Life in various aspects of the operation of the Division of Student Life, including preparing reports and documents related to the new and ongoing initiatives, completing benchmarking research, and responding to matters of concern from internal and external constituents. This position provides oversight and coordination of the Student Life Staff Engagement and Development Committee and related divisional meetings, projects, and programs. This position also serves as the primary administrator of the internal staff portal, assists with the divisional strategic planning process, and represents the Office of the Vice Chancellor on various internal and external committees and task forces.
