Position Description The Operations Manager is responsible for rehearsal, concert, and special event production of all YOSA programs and rehearsal logistics for YOSA Orchestras. The Operations Manager is also responsible for all music library and program repertoire management.RequirementsThe successful candidate shall have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least 1 year of orchestra operations related experience. Work experience will be considered in lieu of degree. This position requires the following qualities: - Integrity- High level of customer service- Self-starter mentality- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skill
