The Executive Director will work in a co-CEO relationship with the Artistic Director, with both positions reporting to and working collaboratively with the Board of Trustees. It is, of course, critically important that the individuals in these two positions work in a cohesive and productive manner. The hiring of an Executive Director represents a new structure for Colorado Ballet and is a key component of its growth strategy. Previously, the Artistic Director, Director of Advancement, and Managing Director formed a triad structure.
