Additional Salary Information: The annual salary range for the Executive Director role at Theatre Forward starts at $150,000 and includes a full benefit package commensurate with other organizations of its size. Theatre Forward envisions this role connected in some significant manner to the New York City entertainment and business community but is open to exploring conversations about creative residency options. Theatre Forward is open to discussion regarding performance-based bonus arrangements.
