Responsible for planning and managing all space usage related to MPAP facilities, including but not limited to space planning, facility master planning, interior space modifications (non-structural), space needs and utilization analysis and space programming. Coordinates building maintenance and repairs with FCM that affect normal building operations.
Required Education: Bachelor's degree
Preferred Education: N/A
Required Experience: Minimum of 3 years' related space management and academic information technology experience including database and web development, institutional (enrollment and admissions) analysis, and registration (course scheduling) experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Experience: Demonstrated experience in a detailed-oriented, customer-service related position required.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to consult with a diverse population on space and technological needs and to develop systems that meet those needs. Knowledge of standard office software, including a strong knowledge of database and web applications. Strong analytical and problem solving skills required.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Background in the field of music and performing arts. Working knowledge of room scheduling databases/systems. General knowledge of current standard practices regarding use of room scheduling software and analytics preferred.
