DepartmentSCHOOL OF PUBLIC HEALTH - BLOO (BL-SPHB-IUBLA) Department InformationThe Graduate Admissions Assistant will work closely with the Director of Graduate Admissions and Recruiting to manage inquiries and applications to the Indiana University School of Public Health-Bloomington. The day-to-day operation of this position will include managing in-bound phone calls and emails relating to graduate admissions and providing individual support to each inquiry. The position will benefit from an understanding of IU admissions systems, including SIS, WebAdMIT, and Salesforce. The Graduate Admissions Assistant will be required to exercise a high level of detail and confidentiality when providing support to internal and external stakeholders. Located on the flagship campus of the Indiana University system, SPH-B has more than 2400 enrolled undergraduate and 380 graduate students, 200 faculty, and 78 staff in five departments (Applied Health Science, Environmental and Occupational Health, Epidemiology and Biostatistics, Health & Wellness Design, and Kinesiology). We are in a period of profound growth, as we have hired more than 30 new tenure-track faculty in the last three years.
