| Position: Booking Agent Alliance Artist Management (Est. 2006), a robust boutique Artist Management Company specializing in live performance has a roster of 22 ensembles with special emphasis on classical, vocal/choral, new music, modern enthno ensembles as well as theater, is seeking a BOOKING REPRESENTATIVE. An appreciation for classical, choral music, and/or theater is essential. About the Role: The Booking Agent will book concert performances and tours for all AAM ensembles in a specified region, marketing to all types presenting organizations by phone, email, in person, and social media communication. This is a sales and booking position and the booking agent is responsible for delivering consistent results. · Develop and maintain professional relationships with presenting institutions. · Work with presenters and generate new business and work to plan, confirm and contract tour dates · Work closely with the AAM team to strategize and design marketing plans and career paths for all artists on the roster · Negotiate all aspects of bookings with presenters into successful engagements · Know perspective artist needs and presenter objectives when soliciting offers · Researching and cultivating new performance opportunities · Diligently remain informed of industry + territory activity as it impacts AAM Benefits: · Medical, Vision and Dental Insurance Coverage offered + generous PTO · Compensation: Salary+Bonus · This is a Work from Home position (AAM is focused on a positive work life balance) with an office reopening to be announced within a year.
