The Executive Assistant will play a vital support role for the Institute’s President and senior staff who deliver training programs and consulting services for a portfolio of national and international clients. This position is full-time and based in Washington, D.C. Candidates not based in Washington, D.C. will be considered, although travel for orientation, training, and events may be required from time to time.
Depending on aptitude and capacity, this position may support the Institute’s research, analysis, and client service needs. While not guaranteed, career advancement opportunities within the Institute are frequent. As a standard benefit to each Institute team member, the Institute provides up to one week of paid time off each year to pursue accredited professional development. This Assistant may also engage with other Institute activities including the development of evaluative reports for funders, data analysis, the creation of visual representation of data, and copy-editing.
