Assistant Director of Community College Outreach Transfer Center, Division of Enrollment Management University of Tennessee, Knoxville The Office of Transfer Center at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, (UTK) invites applications and nominations for our Assistant Director of Community College Outreach position. The Division The Enrollment Management (EM) division comprises more than 170 full-time staff who serve our students through the following departments and functions: Undergraduate Admissions, International Recruitment, Transfer Center, One Stop Student Services, Financial Aid and Scholarships, University Registrar, EM Communications, and Research & Analytics. The Position: Hybrid/remote work schedule with in-person component. This position supervises transfer coordinators, counselors, and or recruiters in the Transfer Center. This position will be Responsible for compilation of complete transfer student recruitment plan for summer/fall and spring semesters with the assistance of supervised staff. Coordinates with Senior Data Analyst to forecast future enrollment numbers based on collected, analyzed, and interpreted data in report format. Supervision of a complete CRM communication plan in collaboration with Senior Data Analyst and Enrollment Communications. Oversees the coordination and planning of campus transfer recruitment events. Leads supplemental review of borderline applicants in coordination with colleges and departments. Coordinates with Undergraduate Admissions Leadership for denied student appeal process. Monitors flow and pace of admissions decisions. Co-advise transfer-oriented outreach and on-campus groups. Supervise implementation of strategy to increase Community College Partner transfer student pipeline programs.
