Children’s Theatre of Charlotte is seeking a like-minded Business Manager to serve as the steward of our financial resources and business operations. What will you do as Children’s Theatre of Charlotte’s next Business Manager?Reporting to the Managing Director, the Business Manager provides forward-looking financial planning and daily management of our finance, accounting, and administrative functions in alignment with the Theatre’s mission, goals, budget, and operational needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent financial experience, exemplary communication skills, a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and a passion for theatre. As a vital member of our Finance/Administration Team, our Business Manager provides hands-on leadership and is directly responsible for the management of several key accounting and reporting functions, including payroll administration, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and compliance with contractual documents and government regulations.
