Japanese Language Adjunct Instructors will teach elementary and intermediate-level language courses at the undergraduate level. The opportunity to teach courses in culture, literature, linguistics, and other areas may also become available.
Adjunct instructor applications will be retained for ongoing review to meet University class scheduling needs.
The initial appointment will be for one semester.
Providing students with support during office hours
Master's degree in the language area
A minimum of two years’ experience in language teaching
Experience with teaching pedagogies including multimodal and virtual
Experience working with diverse populations and/or multicultural teaching experience
College-level teaching experience
Salary per three-credit course is$6,383.97
