Working under the direction of the Assistant Registrar for Transfer Services, the Transfer Specialist is responsible for the review of student transcripts, awarding of WCU transfer credit and transfer equivalency review processes utilizing various systems including OnBase, PeopleSoft, Parchment and CollegeSource. This work is high volume, detail oriented, and requires the ability to work independently and to troubleshoot system errors.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience working in a fast-paced environment prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively; experience working student information systems, document management systems, or other software systems; and customer service experience which includes communicating complex issues to multiple constituents.
