Associate Director of Student Life - Community ProgramsFull Time Salary Range:$60,000.00 To 62,000.00 Annually Walnut Hill School for the Arts seeks an Associate Director of Student Life - Community Programs to join a warm and welcoming Student Life team. The Associate Director is an energetic, innovative, dynamic, and self-motivated individual who works collaboratively with students, faculty, and staff to provide programming reflecting the needs of the School and community. The Associate Director is responsible for developing and implementing meaningful, student-centered experiences that encourage students to engage with their peers and faculty alongside the academic and artistic experience. In addition, the Associate Director will partner with the Director of Diversity and Inclusion to ensure that core principles of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice (DEIJ) are woven into all aspects of the student experience. Physical Demands Physical demands include dexterity for office machine and supply operation including but not limited to writing, typing, using electronic devices, computer, phone, calculator, copy machine, fax machine, and printers. Stooping, bending, traveling to/from locations on campus, ascending/descending stairs, reaching and sitting or standing for extended periods of time are common.
