The Enrollment Management (EM) division comprises more than 170 full-time staff who serve our students through the following departments and functions: Undergraduate Admissions, International Recruitment, Transfer Center, One Stop Student Services, Financial Aid and Scholarships, University Registrar, EM Communications, and Research & Analytics. The coordinator will serve as an expert level of support to students and families, and is expected to have a high level of technical knowledge and expertise in federal and state regulations. Ensure timely processing of R2T4, and independently determine students' eligibility for late disbursements and retroactive payments. Responsible for analyzing and processing loan fund update requests, reallocating and/or returning loan funds within applicable guidelines, and communicating all changes to student/other involved parties. Receive daily Pell and loan records from the Dept. of Education and identify solutions to any errors/rejects, and confirm that records are reported correctly to the Common Origination & Disbursement website. Responsible for schedule coordination of and workload prioritization to the specialists. Has the authority to act in the Assistant Director of Federal Program's place as needed, must remain current on all federal, state, and institutional policies and procedures to remain compliant.
