The Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center (CMS) seeks an enthusiastic and outgoing Education and Family Programs Associate at an exciting time of growth for the Department of Education and Community Engagement at CMS. This position supports offerings across the Department of Education and Community Engagement with a focus on education and family programs. The position works directly with the Education and Community Engagement Associate as well as the Artistic Planning Manager within the Department of Artistic Planning. This position reports to the Director of Education and Community Engagement as outlined below:
Act as production supervisor for national family and selected education touring programs
Assist with event production for family programs in New York City
Manage artist contracts for all family programs
EDUCATION, SCHOOL, AND COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT PROGRAMS
Act as production supervisor for off-site school and community engagement concerts in venues and schools in New York City and the tri-state area
Assist Artistic Planning Manager and work with Education and Community Engagement Associate in production of education and school program events
Manage artist contracts for education and school programs
Act as production supervisor for live auditions in New York City
Coordinate panel and artist hospitality for live auditions
Manage panelist contracts
DIGITAL EDUCATION RESOURCES
Assist Department of Artistic Planning and Department of Digital Content in production of digital education resources
Create and co-manage, with the Director of Education and Community Engagement, production budgets for all department programs
Manage department artist payroll, working with Education and Community Engagement Associate
Track and arrange payment for production-related invoices
Maintain department equipment and instruments
Assist with related duties as assigned

At least 2 years of relevant working experience with education and family programs (K-12) either at education institutions or performing arts organizations
Concert production experience
Ability to read music
Availability to work extended hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
Willingness to travel to off-site schools and family program offerings in the tri-state area and nationally
Knowledge of classical chamber music repertoire
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Dropbox, Jumpshare, and Jotform
