West Chester University of Pennsylvania’s Office of the Registrar invites applicants for the two positions of Enrollment Management Specialist. West Chester University, a member of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education, is a public, comprehensive institution committed to offering high-quality undergraduate education, selected post-baccalaureate and graduate programs, and a variety of educational and cultural resources for its students, alumni, and citizens of southeastern Pennsylvania. Under the dirction of the Associate Registrar, the Enrollment Management Specialists help students navigate their enrollment, academic, and graduation records. These Specialist process student record updates, serve as primary points of contact for student questions, and proactively reach out to and engage with students who may be experiencing challenges to their records and academic progress. Specialists proactively utilize technology to record their interactions with students, identify students who need proactive outreach, and coordinate support for students across various offices on campus. As a member of the Registrar’s Office, they will be expected to understand the foundation of registrar work and duties will be reflective of that commitment to cross-knowledge of all functional areas. The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience working in multiple systems and the ability to evaluate and effectively communicate ideas, trends, and data from systems; experience coordinating initiatives; and experience working with diverse populations.
