The box office manager administers and manages the general operations of the Modlin box office which includes implementation and effective usage of the Tessitura software program as ticketing system and Customer Relations Management (CRM) database; design, creation and distribution of reports in support of marketing goals, development initiatives, and patron participation trends; responsible for full compliance of PCI standards, practices and security of patron information; creates and implements season and event ticketing for Modlin Center presenting program, Department of Theatre and Dance, Department of Music, select exhibits of UR Art Museum, venue rentals, and events scheduled in Modlin facilities by UR campus programs; serve as primary customer service representative to patrons, donors, and ticketholders for all Modlin events; recruit, hire and manage student box office staff; serve as primary Modlin liaison to Tessitura to ensure maximum continued efficiency of ticketing and CRM services.
