1. Plans and executes admission, recruitment, and enrollment management. Prepares and submits recommendations to admissions committee. 2. Participates in long-range planning; recommends and contributes to the development of admissions policies. 3. Develops and analyzes statistical data to determine patterns and trends that impact and inform the direction of the admissions. 4. Develops systems for admissions activities. Leads projects to continuously improve use of technology. 5. Supervises and trains staff

Preferred Education:  Bachelor's degree and five years of related work experience in admissions, registrar, placement, financial aid or student counseling or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's degree in music or performing arts/music management or a related field.

Required Skill/ability 5:

Well-developed computer skills and demonstrated ability to adapt to new software programs.
Ability to travel extensively for recruitment efforts.
