Reporting directly to the Dean of the College of Arts and Humanities, the Executive Director is ultimately responsible for the management of The Clarice’s staff, operations, facilities and budget. In these roles, the position balances competing educational, public and financial priorities to ensure that operations and programming simultaneously enhance The Clarice’s stature as a national leader among performing arts presenters; contribute meaningfully to the resident academic units’ missions; enhance the student experience campus-wide; reflect the values of collaboration, diversity, equity, and inclusion; and align with the goals of the college and institution.
