The Enrollment Management (EM) division comprises more than 170 full-time staff who serve our students through the following departments and functions: Undergraduate Admissions, International Recruitment, Transfer Center, One Stop Student Services, Financial Aid and Scholarships, University Registrar, EM Communications, and Research & Analytics. The Operations Coordinator (Timetable and Registration) is a direct report to the Associate Registrar for Operations and is a member of the Registrar's leadership team. The position, in close collaboration with the Assistant Registrar for Operations, Associate Registrar for Operations and Deputy Registrar is responsible for the operational development and implementation of the timetable and registration processes, setting operational goals that support the university's mission and includes recommending and implementing process improvements to make the functions more efficient and service-oriented. This position is cross-trained in the department and serves as backup to other staff as needed. Works closely with colleges, academic advising, online and digital programs, New Vol Experience, and other student success and student life units.
