1. Administer the school's annual fund programs, including goal setting, volunteer recruitment and communication, and facilitating solicitations. 2. Support the school's major gift efforts in the identification, cultivation, and solicitation of major gift donors. Provide support with prospect strategy design and implementation, report generation, and use of information systems. 3. Create materials for use in fundraising activities. 4. Recruit, train, and manage a system of alumni volunteers. 5. Assist with the school's stewardship efforts. 6. Provide pre-award support for corporation and foundation proposals. 7. Plan and coordinate alumni and donor events. 8. May perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Education: Experience in a university setting or with development and alumni work. Knowledge of and proficiency in annual campaign fundraising strategies and techniques. Knowledge of and interest in music. Familiarity with Yale.
