The Student & Artist Engagement Coordinator is the on-the-ground coordinator for connecting professional artists to students and campus, as well as mentoring and supporting projects devised by Georgia Tech students. The position collaborates with the Assistant Director of GT Arts to plan and implement artist residencies and educational programs across the campus. Serves as a liaison and point of contact with student art organizations and individuals to mentor and advise on arts-based projects. Coordinates experiences in the visual, performing and digital arts for students, oftentimes in collaboration with other units, faculty or students. Provides logistical and planning support for visiting artists, installations and exhibitions.
Requires flexible schedule, occasional overnight travel. Minimum of 2-3 years of job-related experience post-university required.

Georgia Tech Arts, part of the Division of Student Life, coordinates the Georgia Tech Arts Series, oversees operation of the recently renovated Ferst Center for the Arts, and works with the Georgia Tech Arts Advisory Board on the strategic direction, collaboration, and promotion of campus arts experiences.
