The University of Iowa, School of Music is now accepting applications for a nine-month renewable up to three years Visiting Assistant Professor of Music - Voice. Duties may include but not necessarily be limited to: teaching studio voice to graduate and undergraduate students; teaching academic courses according to area(s) of expertise including graduate Survey of Song Literature; participating in voice area recruitment activities; serving on recital committees; collaborating with faculty and staff in the development of voice program curriculum; assisting with voice area administration; advising students about professional career goals and opportunities; participating in service to the department, college, university, and community as appropriate.
